Loren began his legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable F. Rand Wallis of the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach, Florida, before joining a mid-sized law firm based in Orlando, where he primarily practiced fiduciary, trust, and estate litigation. Loren joined McLin Burnsed’s Civil Litigation team in 2021. After years of navigating clients through the various disputes and obstacles that can arise when estate planning goes wrong, Loren decided to apply his experience to advise clients on how to properly plan to avoid such scenarios. Loren now works with the team at McLin Burnsed’s Lake Sumter Landing office, where his practice is focused on Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate and Trust Administration, and general Business Law.
Loren is honored to serve on the Board of Directors of the Education Foundation of Lake County. He is also a proud graduate of Leadership Lake County and a member of the Lake County Bar Association, as well as the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the Tax Section, and the Appellate Practice Section of the Florida Bar. In his free time, he enjoys movies, live music, rooting for the Florida State Seminoles, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
